Operations Coordinator (Warehouse) Location: Ringwood, Hampshire Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Hours: 37.5 hours per week The Role Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Co-Ordinator to join their operations warehouse team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations, supporting both the operational and administrative functions. In this role, you’ll support procurement activities by assisting with equipment purchasing for customer sites, carry out a range of warehouse duties, and provide general administrative support—including document management, ISO-related coordination across departments, and ensuring tasks are completed in line with company policies and deadlines. Skills & Experience Minimum of 1 years’ experience using Microsoft Office suite Previous experience working with purchasing and warehousing Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working within structured processes and procedures Knowledge of ISO, procurement, or logistics would be desirable but not essential The Package Company Profit Share (first £3,600 is tax free). 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with your length of service.
