Manufacturing Engineer x2

We are seeking2x Manufacturing Engineers to join aglobal leader in aerospace manufacturing. Our client has experienced rapid growth in recent years, with a strong order book and continued expansion across their teams. In this role, youll play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and enhancing manufacturing processes, involved in the design and testing of new processes, optimising existing ones, and troubleshooting production issues. Right to work in the UK required. Sponsorship is not provided. Salary Package: Competitive Annual Salary £40,000-£48,000 (DOE) 25 days of paid holiday, plus bank holidays. Professional Development Investment. Engagement and Rewards platform The Role Key Responsibilities Develop and implement new manufacturing processes for bearings. Optimise existing manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost. Troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions. Design and conduct experiments to test new processes and materials. Develop and maintain process documentation. Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality and safety standards. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement new processes and resolve production issues. Skills & Experience Experience in production / process / manufacturing engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry with grinding / super finishing focus. Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar position Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles. Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks) and other engineering tools
