This Legal 500 law firm in Dorset is looking for a 6 years’ PQE Contentious Trust & Probate Solicitor to join a busy private client team that is expanding, in this critical hire. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder. You will be handling a varied caseload and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients, including, contested private, probate & trust claims and Court of Protection work. Key responsibilities of the role will include sharing responsibility for the management, training of staff, as well as developing and marketing the department. The role will combine office working with remote working from home.
