Accounts Payable Administrator Wandsworth | Permanent, Full-time | Hybrid (3 days office-based) Up to £32,000 Cedar has partnered with a well-known retail brand seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Administrator on a permanent basis for their UK head office. The company has expanded significantly through acquisitions and is a household name in both the UK and international markets. The role will include: Processing invoices, expenses, payments, and direct debits Reconciling supplier statements and aged creditors Investigating and resolving supplier and internal queries Managing the AP inbox and maintaining accurate ledger records Producing monthly reconciliations and supporting with prepayments The ideal candidate will have: Previous Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced finance team Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) Ability to manage a varied workload with accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience of manually processing invoices What's on offer: Salary up to £32,000 Hybrid working (3 days office-based in Wandsworth) Excellent staff discounts and perks, including wellbeing and financial support services Discounted gym memberships Please note: Study support towards ACCA or CIMA is not included in this role.
