Service Engineer

A leading UK manufacturer is seeking a motivatedService Engineerto join a dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with advanced on-farm milk cooling and dairy processing systems, providing essential service and support to agricultural customers. Based in theNorth Midlands or Wales, you will be the go-to expert for maintenance, breakdowns, and commissioning of dairy refrigeration and glycol chiller systems. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out service, maintenance, and commissioning of dairy refrigeration systems on farms and glycol chillers in process & HVAC sectors. Efficiently diagnosing and repairing breakdowns to minimise customer downtime. Providing support for the installation of new cooling equipment. Maintaining accurate service records and ensuring clear communication with customers. Participating in a paid call-out rota (with overtime or time-off in lieu). What They Are Looking For: FGas Certification is ideal. Proven experience working on refrigeration or HVAC systems. Experience in the food supply chain is highly advantageous. A full UK driving licence. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
