A high-performing secondary school in Wandsworth is searching for a Maths Intervention Assistant to support pupils who need extra help with numeracy and mathematical problem-solving. This role is ideal for graduates keen to pursue teaching, tutoring, or educational psychology careers. As a Maths Intervention Assistant, youll work with pupils across KS3 and KS4, providing targeted support to boost confidence and improve attainment. Youll collaborate with classroom teachers and the SENCo, delivering one-to-one sessions and small group interventions, while reinforcing key mathematical concepts. The Maths Intervention Assistant role will give you a clear insight into classroom teaching and curriculum delivery, preparing you for PGCE or school-based training routes.
