Working collaboratively across teams, youll have the scope to innovate, experiment, and influence how learning drives change. What youll do Champion participant engagement and ensure learning resonates and delivers value Design and align programmes to strategic priorities and future-focused needs Shape journeys that spark curiosity, challenge thinking, and fuel growth Use data and analytics to evidence impact and continuously refine delivery Collaborate with colleagues to reimagine processes and drive innovation Achieve meaningful success metrics that demonstrate lasting transformation About you A creative thinker with proven experience in learning design or programme management Skilled at building relationships and influencing across diverse stakeholders Analytical and insight-driven, with the ability to measure what matters Motivated by impact and inspired by the power of learning to transform lives and organisations This is an opportunity to be at the heart of learning that makes a difference shaping journeys, sparking change, and helping people and organisations achieve their potential.
