Key Responsibilities As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support class teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and engaging learning activities Provide focused support to individual pupils or small groups, including those with additional needs Prepare and organise classroom resources and learning materials Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-structured learning environment Supervise pupils during break times, school outings, and transitions Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other staff to support pupil progress and development Build strong, nurturing relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence, independence, and well-being Contribute to school life by supporting events, trips, and enrichment activities Why Join Horizon Teachers?
