Senior Quantity Surveyor – New Build Residential Mid Cornwall| £65,000-£70,000 & Competitive package With the continued growth of the South West Region, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding team in Cornwall. About the Role: You'll support the delivery of residential projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Reporting to a Commercial Manager, you’ll handle all commercial aspects—from procurement and contract administration to valuations, reporting, and mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities: * Manage supply chain contracts and budgets * Prepare and negotiate variations and final accounts * Conduct site visits to measure and value completed works * Produce procurement schedules and cost reports * Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams * Support junior team members What We’re Looking For: * Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management * Experience in residential construction * Excellent communication, analytical, and IT skills * Highly organised and detail-oriented * Full UK driving licence * Living within Cornwall Offering a salary up to £70,000 package depending on experience, with private medical insurance, life insurance and annual bonus.
