Finishing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of a residential development comprising 34 units, including accessible (ADA) and retirement housing. The role will focus on ensuring high-quality finishes, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and drive snagging and finishing works to completion. * Coordinate subcontractors and trades to achieve programme targets. * Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and building regulations. * Oversee H&S practices on site. * Liaise with client, site team, and inspectors to ensure a smooth handover process. * Monitor and report on progress against deadlines. Requirements: * Proven track record as a Finishing Manager on residential developments. * Strong eye for detail and quality control. * Experience with retirement and/or accessible housing desirable. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple trades on site
