Pre-Construction Manager

Pre-Construction Manager - East Yorkshire Join a leading Design & Build / Modular contractor and lead projects from bid to delivery! What you'll do: Support the sales team to identify and secure viable bids Assess all construction aspects of tenders: programmes, surveys, technical, M&E, and commercial risks Manage project teams from design order award through to full contract launch Ensure design deliverables and BIM Execution Plans are clear and handed over effectively Engage with clients to build relationships and drive repeat business What we're looking for: HND or degree in Construction preferred Minimum 5 years' experience in Design & Build, Modular, or Main Contracting Commercially and contractually aware (JCT D&B / NEC3) Strong project and team management skills Take ownership of exciting modular projects and make an impact from the very start!
