We’re currently working in partnership with a highly respected Midlands-based Contractor with a fantastic reputation across the hospitality & leisure, assisted living, and general refurbishment sectors. Known for their quality-driven approach and long-standing client relationships, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team due to sustained project growth and future expansion plans. About the Company: This contractor has a strong portfolio of new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. With a proven track record of repeat business and client satisfaction, they are proud to maintain a collaborative and supportive working environment while delivering outstanding results. Projects typically range from £500k to £10m in value, with a mix of negotiated and competitively tendered work. The Role: As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the post-tender commercial lifecycle across multiple live projects. Key responsibilities will include: * Managing subcontractor packages from procurement to final account * Preparing and agreeing interim valuations and final accounts * Producing accurate monthly cost/value reconciliations and forecasts * Monitoring project cash flow and ensuring timely reporting * Supporting or leading client liaison meetings, ensuring commercial transparency * Working closely with the project delivery team to support successful outcomes You’ll be given autonomy and trust to take ownership of your projects, while also being mentored and developed as part of a wider long-term succession plan.
