Laundry Assistant - York

Laundry Assistant - Hospital Setting Location: York Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:00pm Key Responsibilities: Collect, sort, and process hospital laundry including linens, uniforms, and patient clothing. Operate industrial washing, drying, and ironing equipment. Ensure all laundry is cleaned and returned to departments in a timely and hygienic manner. Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean working environment. Report any equipment issues or supply shortages. Requirements: Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is desirable but not essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
