What You'll Do Provide strategic insight through performance analysis that supports planning, risk and assurance. Build and maintain a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) dashboard that enables confident, evidence-based decision making. Develop reporting mechanisms that support programme boards and delivery teams. Promote a performance-driven culture, embedding continuous improvement across projects. Collaborate with stakeholders at every level, building trust and enabling better outcomes. What You'll Bring A degree in business analytics, data science, information management, or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools. Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, accessible insights. Why Join?
