Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to the needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD Develop and adapt lesson plans and learning materials to meet individual learning styles and EHCPs. Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals. Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported and valued. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Proven experience teaching children with special educational needs Strong behaviour management skills A genuine passion for supporting pupils with diverse needs Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) Why Join Us?
