Procurement Manager Our Client, a renowned organisation operating in the Infrastructure and Transportation sector, is seeking a talented Procurement Manager / Consultant to join their Midlands Commercial & Procurement team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-quality services within dynamic environments, collaborating with clients across public and private sectors. Role Summary: As a Procurement Manager / Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing Procurement expertise within our team. Working closely with Critical National Infrastructure clients, you will focus on building strong relationships while delivering value through strategic procurement and supply chain management initiatives. Responsibilities: Advise and support in various procurement, commercial, and supply chain requirements Engage with clients and supply chain partners to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges Lead end-to-end procurement lifecycle activities and ensure maximum value within the supply chain ecosystem Develop and implement procurement strategies, define requirements, and manage supplier relationships effectively Essential Skills & Experience: Experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or related fields Proficiency in working with construction contracts such as NEC, JCT, FIDIC Knowledge of UK regulated markets and procurement regulations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to develop commercial governance procedures and systems Business development and bid writing experience Relevant chartership and qualification progress (MRICS, MCIPS, MCIOB or equivalent) Data analysis skills using tools like Excel, Power Bi, Tableau
