Paid Media Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join a highly respected organisation in the lifestyle and beauty sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the company's continued growth, working on high-impact campaigns for a well-established brand. As the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all paid media strategies. You'll have a strong background in running effective campaigns across key platforms, with a focus on Google Ads , Meta (Facebook & Instagram) , and TikTok . This is a hybrid position, with the office located near Tonbridge, Kent . Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple channels. Manage and allocate budgets to maximise ROI and achieve performance goals. Conduct A/B testing and analysis to improve campaign performance continuously. Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign results to key stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience with paid search and paid social In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
