Multi- Trader

Our client based in the North East are looking for an experienced multi-trader to work on a long-term contract. Job description: * Following gas engineers after work on boiler installations. * Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard always. * Performing a wide range of tasks such as joinery, plastering and painting. * Using your skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard of quality. * Working within void and occupied properties Personal Specification: * Must hold a valid CSCS card * Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and own transport * Previous labouring and multi trade experience. * Manual handling, Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness certificates are essential. * Must have a clean DBS
