What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 PQE from a leading US, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle law firm You will have experience in one or more of the relevant workstreams, and a strong desire to build a broad, well-rounded finance practice Strong technical skills across a range of finance transactions Commercial acumen and a client-first mindset Enthusiasm for special situations and complex deal structuring A proactive, collaborative approach to execution The Team You’ll be joining a growing London-based finance team that’s consistently recognised for its innovation and deal sophistication.
