This is a fantastic opportunity to join their collaborative team during an exciting period of growth, particularly within the Manchester region. They are looking to grow a new team with the addition of a MRICS Senior Building Surveyor based in North West. The role is offered on a 3/2 flexible hybrid working basis and is ideal for someone who is ambitious, wants financial security in way of pension, and ready to thrive within a dynamic and supportive environment. Role Overview As a key member of the Building Consultancy team, you will advise clients on a wide range of building surveying matters including: Building surveys and defect analysis Dilapidations and schedules of condition Licence for alteration assessments Technical due diligence and reinstatement cost assessments Coordination of national portfolio projects across a wide range of sectors including commercial, retail, banking, and heritage You’ll work closely with clients, both existing and new, and play an active part in business development and networking initiatives.
