Job title: SME Account Handler Salary: £32,000 Location: Preston PURPOSE OF ROLE To join an established Independent Insurance firm in Preston to offer support to a large book of business and to work to build up a prospect of new clients. EXPERIENCE Previous experience of working with Personal Lines or SME Insurance Experience of building up client relationships but face to face and over the phone Handling MTA's and renewals SKILLS A minimum of 2 years insurance experience DAY-TO-DAY Dealing with New Business enquiries, MTA's and renewals Ensuring the client system is updated accurately and efficiently Dealing with client enquiries over the telephone, email and face to face Finding the most appropriate cover for client
