Solicitor - Planning Real Estate

Our client has a vacancy for a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join the Real Estate Team, dealing with Planning. The position is Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (37.5 hours per week) KEY KNOWLEDGE AREAS • General Planning such as s106, s38, s278 and other planning and infrastructure agreements, and experience of working with and/or against local planning authorities. • Knowledge and practical experience of the planning system in relation to commercial and residential development. • Managing Planning based projects. • General Commercial Property experience. • Knowledge of public law, compulsory purchase, licensing (liquor and entertainment licenses) and environmental law will be advantageous.
