Freelance Site Manager

We are currently recruiting a Freelance Civils Site Manager to oversee the civils package on a new build primary school project in Midlothian. Working with a reputable civils contractor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Key Responsibilities: * Supervision of groundworks and external civils packages * Coordination of subcontractors and site teams * Ensuring health & safety compliance * Monitoring progress and reporting to project lead Requirements: * Proven experience managing civils works on similar projects * Strong leadership and communication skills * SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid essential Start: ASAP Duration: 3–6 months Location: Midlothian Rate: Competitive (DOE)
