Lead and train the production team, ensuring adherence to GMP standards. Coordinate staff schedules and oversee maintenance of production equipment. Assist in the development and management of quality systems. Participate in the management team at a strategic level. ​ Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical production Managerial or supervisory experience is essential. Equipment validation experience is an advantage but not essential.
