Quantity Surveyor - Drylining

We are a growing construction company specialising in drylining, partitions, ceilings, and associated interior fit-out works . With a strong portfolio of commercial and residential projects, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget. We are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in drylining projects to join our team. Role & Responsibilities Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of drylining projects. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities. Oversee project valuations, variations, and final accounts. Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts. Monitor costs against budgets and provide accurate financial reports. Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically within drylining / partitions / ceilings projects . Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software. Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying (preferred). Full UK driving licence (desirable). What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience).
