The Role As a Private Client Solicitor, you will: Advise on complex estate and tax planning, including trusts and wealth structuring. Support business succession planning for family-owned and entrepreneurial ventures. Manage wills, LPAs, and Court of Protection matters. Advise agricultural clients on succession and wealth preservation strategies. Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, business owners, and family clients. Contribute to business development and the growth of the team. We're Looking For Qualified Solicitor with 3 years' PQE in private client law. Proven experience advising high-net-worth clients, business owners, and farming families. Strong technical knowledge of inheritance tax, trusts, and estate administration. Comfortable managing complex asset structures and family dynamics. Business development skills, with the ability to maintain and grow client/referrer relationships.
