Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record delivering pathology software solutions —such as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) —within the NHS ? Our client, a leading digital health consultancy, is seeking a confident and capable delivery professional to manage the end-to-end implementation of LIMS and related pathology IT systems across NHS Trusts and laboratory networks. ✅ What You’ll Bring: Proven delivery experience of LIMS or equivalent pathology systems into NHS settings Strong knowledge of clinical and laboratory workflows , including specimen tracking, results reporting, and diagnostics integration Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams , vendors, and internal stakeholders in a high-stakes, regulated environment Expertise in NHS project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills —able to influence across pathology labs, clinical teams, and executive stakeholders What You’ll Do: Manage the implementation and rollout of pathology software solutions across NHS sites and networks Lead stakeholder workshops to capture business and clinical requirements and translate them into delivery plans Oversee system configuration, integration with existing platforms, and data migration activities Support change management and adoption strategies within pathology services Ensure delivery aligns with NHS standards, IG protocols, and clinical safety regulations
