Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage the financial performance of the contract Ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Oversee safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) requirements, ensuring a safe workplace through risk management and proper procedures Administer a Permit to Work system in line with client and company standards Perform regular audits for legislative compliance and escalate issues as needed Ensure maintenance and reactive tasks are completed and documented using the CAFM system Ensure the cleaning team adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards Maintain a strong commercial understanding of client needs and deliverables Foster positive collaboration with the operational team to drive performance and improvement initiatives Attend monthly contract performance meetings and ensure actions are followed through Drive revenue growth and cost-saving measures in collaboration with operational teams
