Role: Deliver building surveying services across the residential sector, including refurbishments and large-scale projects up to £20m. Undertake defect analysis, condition surveys, planned maintenance programmes, and detailed report writing. Provide project management and contract administration services. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining excellent relationships. Mentor and support junior surveyors and APC candidates. Contribute to business development and represent the company at industry events.
