Commercial Property Solicitor – East Midlands An outstanding opportunity for a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join a dynamic Legal 250 firm based in Leicester . This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in development and strategic land work , alongside general commercial property matters. The ideal candidate will have the drive and enthusiasm to build strong client relationships, contribute to the team’s growth, and develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Role: Advising clients on a range of commercial property matters, with a strong focus on development and strategic land Managing client relationships from instruction to billing, ensuring the highest standard of service Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents Ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements Collaborating with colleagues across the team to promote shared success Supporting and consulting with more senior team members where needed Running your own caseload with appropriate supervision The Candidate: Experience in commercial property law, especially strategic land and development work Comfortable handling a variety of transactions, including unfamiliar or complex matters A proactive and detail-focused approach with a commitment to quality Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with both clients and colleagues Someone who’s enthusiastic, collaborative, and ready to go the extra mile Apply confidentially below or get in touch with claudia@austenlloyd.co.uk
