Software Development Lead/Manager (C#/.Net) - Sheffield - New Role! (REF36) Keywords: C#, .Net, SQL Server, Azure, Agile, Team Leading A market leading organisatin in the healthtech space requires a Software Development Lead/Manager to joins its growing and successful team! Suitable candidates will have the folloiwng experience: Strong commercial experience in software development using C# .NET, coupled with circa 2 years experience in a leadership/managment role. Experience leading technical decisions. Excellent communication skills and the abilities to convey concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable with git version control. Process driven. Flexible approach and positive attitude. Experience with at least two of the following requirements: ORM (NHibernate, Entity Framework, etc.) SQL Server or other relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) DevExpress components. Desirable Familiar with developer tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence. Duties will include the folloiwng: Leading two software development teams and helping to drive projects forward. Managing and mentoring software developers. Setting and maintaining architectural standards. Writing and reviewing code. Creating a long-term strategy for modernising the code base. Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
