They are a well respected and financially secure prime residential contractor who specialise in the alteration and refurbishments of luxury homes in Central London. They have built a strong reputation and a wealth of experience in this prestigious sector. Premises have worked with the company since the early 2000’s and can vouch for their reputation for quality and for the company being an excellent choice for a prospective employee. They have a settled, stable team and in line with their controlled growth, can offer fantastic potential for career development. Their projects are mainly in Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Belgravia and are predominately refurbishments of prime residential dwellings including basement formation and major structural alterations. The contract values range from £2m-£8m, many of which are negotiated with longstanding clients. With almost no staff turnover, my client are proven to be a great employer who are passionate about their staff. They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to assist on upcoming projects located in prime Central London, predominately in Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Mayfair. You will be based from their London office, visiting sites throughout prime central London. This opportunity is unique in that it offers the very realistic potential to progress to Commercial Director over the course of 2-4 years. Successful candidates will need to have have high end residential experience gained on projects in London.
