Site Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to take full responsibility for a new housing development in Chippenham. This is a key role for an established UK housebuilder known for delivering high-quality homes across the country, ranging from starter homes to large-scale family housing and apartment schemes. They pride themselves on combining traditional construction methods with modern innovation to create communities that stand the test of time. This particular development is aiming for a Pride in the Job Award, so we are looking for a Site Manager who aspires to achieve excellence in both build quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Take full ownership of the site, acting as stand-alone Site Manager. * Manage daily site activities, subcontractors, trades, and suppliers. * Ensure the project is delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards. * Oversee health & safety compliance at all times. * Drive high standards of workmanship to support Pride in the Job aspirations. * Report directly to senior management and provide regular updates. Requirements: * Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on new build residential housing projects. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work – essential. * Strong knowledge of NHBC regulations and residential build quality standards. * Able to run a project independently with minimal supervision. * Ambitious, motivated, and keen to deliver award-winning quality.
