With a culture built on collaboration, quality, and delivery, they are seeking a skilled Planner to strengthen their pre-construction and project delivery team. The Role The Planner will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from tender stage through to completion. Working closely with the pre-construction, commercial, and operations teams, you will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating detailed programmes that ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, and monitor project programmes at tender and live stages. * Provide accurate progress reports and forecasts for management and clients. * Work closely with pre-construction teams to develop tender programmes. * Identify and manage risks, delays, and opportunities within project schedules. * Attend client meetings, presenting programme information and progress updates. * Use planning software (e.g., Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6) to produce and update programmes. * Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and best practices. Candidate Profile * Proven experience as a Planner within the construction sector. * Strong understanding of construction processes across a variety of sectors. * Proficiency in Asta Powerproject (Primavera P6 also beneficial). * Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. * Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. * Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
