About the Role They are seeking an accomplished Senior Pre-construction Manager to lead the early-stage delivery of high-performance commercial interiors projects. This pivotal role will account for: * Providing strategic pre-construction leadership—from feasibility and concept design through to tender readiness. * Coordinating with internal design teams, commercial leads, and external authorities to define accurate cost, programme, and risk parameters. * Establishing cost plans, enabling value engineering while safeguarding design quality and client outcomes. * Overseeing procurement strategies, tender processes, and subcontractor evaluation. * Leading design risk reviews, CDM engagement, and pre-construction project controls. * Ensuring documentation and processes are compliant and integrated into project governance. Requirements * Extensive experience in pre-construction or estimating roles within commercial interior design, refurbishment, or fit-out sectors. * Skilled in developing cost plans, tender documents, procurement schedules, and commercial risk assessments. * Strong client and stakeholder management abilities, with an aptitude for representing pre-construction delivery with credibility. * Well-versed in design-quality control, CDM pre-construction duties, and design risk analysis. * Effective communicator, adept at coordinating between design, commercial, and delivery teams. * Experience within UK fit-out markets is essential; multi-regional or multi-office exposure is highly desirable
