Sales Consultant – New Homes Location: Preston, Lancashire Salary: £26,000 basic uncapped commission (OTE £20k) bonuses mileage allowance Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday (Tues/Weds off) Start Date: September 2025 About the Role Sourced Recruitment are partnering with a leading national housebuilder to recruit a Sales Consultant for a new development in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious new homes sales professional to join a supportive and high-performing team. You’ll be the face of the development, guiding customers through their journey from first enquiry to completion, ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and support prospective buyers, delivering outstanding customer service. * Manage the sales journey from enquiry to legal completion. * Conduct professional home tours and development presentations. * Achieve and exceed sales targets, including reservations and upgrades. * Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data. * Liaise with site teams to provide build updates to buyers. * Promote and sell customer extras/upgrades to maximise revenue.
