Marketing Coordinator Are you a creative and organised marketing professional looking for your next step? The Role As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns that drive engagement and support business growth. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing and managing budgets across marketing campaigns * Building relationships with stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers * Executing multi-channel campaigns in line with seasonal and strategic objectives * Creating and managing content across websites, emails, newsletters, and social media * Coordinating promotions and offers with the wider business team * Maintaining campaign schedules and ensuring timely delivery of materials * Creating artwork and supporting assets using tools such as Canva * Ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms * Contributing to customer engagement strategies to enhance retention About You We’re looking for someone who is creative, well-organised, and passionate about delivering results. You’ll bring: * 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within travel, hospitality, events, or leisure * Familiarity with Canva and/or Photoshop (preferred but not essential) * Good working knowledge of Office Suite * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organisational and time management abilities * Confidence to work independently as well as part of a team * Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools * Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar What’s on Offer * £26,000 – £30,000 salary (depending on experience) * Hybrid working pattern (2 days from home after training) * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Two annual team events Please send your CV via the "Apply Now" button for more information
