Looking for an M&E Lead to head up a major £20m healthcare project in the Southwest. M&E Lead - Healthcare Exeter/Plymouth £300-£350pd (Inside IR35) | Temp to perm What you need: - Strong M&E background (Electrical or Mechanical - NVQ 3/C&G) - Experience in healthcare projects - Proven ability managing high-value sites What you’ll do: - Oversee full project lifecycle - from site visits to handover - Manage supply chain, subcontractors & reporting - Drive delivery across design, ops & commercial teams
