An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IndependentPrescribing Pharmacist to join a well-established GP surgery in South East London . This role offers a hybrid working pattern that balances onsite patient interaction with remote flexibility, ideal for pharmacists seeking a dynamic and varied work environment. Key details: 3 days a week * onsite * 2 days a week * remote * EMIS web MUST BE AN INDEPENDENT PRESCRIBER & HAVE UK PRIMARY CARE EXPERIENCE 3 month contract Candidates must be qualified Independent Prescribers with UK primary care experience to ensure safe and effective patient management. Please note, this role requires a minimum of 2 days per week onsite to maintain strong patient relationships and contribute to the multidisciplinary team, with a preference for 3 days onsite.
