Location: Guildford Experience: 3 years PQE Qualification: Solicitor A well-regarded firm in the South East is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its specialist disputes team. What You’ll Be Doing: Advising on a broad range of property disputes including landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes, rights of way, and adverse possession Representing clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings Working closely with commercial and residential property teams to provide joined-up advice Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships What We’re Looking For: 3 years PQE in property litigation Strong technical knowledge and confident handling of contentious property matters Excellent communication and advocacy skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer What’s On Offer: Competitive salary and bonus scheme 28 days annual leave Private medical insurance
