We would like to invite applications for a Accelerated Promotion and Succession Planning Process within Learning & Development. The entry level for this opportunity is Crew Commander - Learning & Development (Operational Training). Successful candidates will be allocated and placed based on the business need of the Service. After 24 months, candidates will progress to Watch Commander - Learning & Development (Operational Training) dependent upon the accomplishment of set Criteria as outlined. Successful candidates must provide a minimum commitment of 5 years' service within Learning & Development. This is to ensure the continued delivery of NIFRS courses and help develop, support and progress candidates towards future Station Commander (Learning & Development). Please note that NIFRS will create a reserve list for 12 months should any further Crew Commander Learning & Development vacancies arise after the initial appointment.
