Chief Technician: Smart Radiosensors

Chief Technician Smart Radiosensors Hartbeespoort Key Responsibilities: Supervise technical and support services; implement, assemble, and troubleshoot complex systems. Lead design and commissioning of systems; contribute to project feasibility studies. Coach and train technical staff; develop skills of team members. Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards and company processes. Execute tasks cost-effectively and assist with project budgeting and costing. Requirements: National Diploma in Instrumentation or equivalent . 6 to 7 years relevant experience in Instrumentation/Electrical, including 3 years in a supervisory role. Advanced technical knowledge of instruments, processes, and engineering/scientific principles. Computer literate with experience in engineering/scientific software and MS Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills . Supervisory skills, safety orientation, creativity, and teamwork.
