Job Description
We are looking for someone who can connect the big picture with technical detail, leading the transversal supervision of software development projects and bringing visibility, structure, and focus to delivery. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the overall project vision, including functional architecture, roadmap, interdependencies, risks, key dates, and deliverables. Act as the transversal reference point for the team and management. Participate in client meetings to track deliveries, manage scope or priority changes, and report progress. Supervise the technical planning defined by Tech Leads, ensuring proper alignment of user stories and dependencies across developments. Coordinate with Product Owners to ensure coherence of user stories within the global project vision. Monitor task evolution in Jira, identifying bottlenecks, blockers, or deviations from objectives and timelines. Provide visibility and order through advanced Jira dashboards (filters, automations, reports). Oversee time-tracking entries (Toggl, Jira) and their alignment with invoicing and project profitability. Keep project status information up to date and generate both operational and strategic reports for management. Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes, suggesting tool or methodology adjustments that increase efficiency and visibility. Coordinate partial deliveries and functional approvals with stakeholders. Requirements (M/F/D) Experience 5 years as a Project Manager in software development environments, managing long-term projects with multiple stakeholders. Proven track record coordinating international and multidisciplinary teams, supervising several Product Owners and Tech Leads in parallel. Experience managing projects with financial tracking, time-entry control, and executive reporting. Education & Technical Knowledge Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience. Advanced knowledge of Jira (not only basic use: workflows, automations, JQL filters, custom dashboards, project configuration, etc.). Familiarity with Toggl or similar time-tracking tools. Advanced English level. Key Skills Structured thinking and holistic vision. Strong organizational rigor, prioritization ability, and results orientation. Effective communication with technical, functional, and client stakeholders. Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
