HVAC Certified Service Tech

Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are a locally owned company looking to IMMEDIATLY hiring service technicians. Must have your own tools, maintain a clean appearance, and have a friendly attitude. Requirements: -Self-motivated and looking to grow within the field -Punctual -Must be a critical thinker and able to problem solve independently -EPA Certified -Clean driving record -Minimum 10 years experience Benefits: -Year round work -Rotating Saturdays / No Sundays -Company vehicle -Company gas card -Tool purchasing program Compensation: -Piecework averages out to around $40 per hour as base pay. -15%-25% commission on part sales -10%-35% commission on unit sales -50% commission on coil cleans -Uniforms All applicants must be clean, well dressed and professional. All technicians receive regular pay in addition to their commission. We do not hard sell, so your pay is up to you. Must have clean driving record and able to pass a drug screening test.
