The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. - Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations. - Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and reporting. - Reconcile Bank Accounts - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights on variances. - Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. - Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation. - Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy. - Inventory reconciliation and management; experience in cost accounting is preferred. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
