Call requirement: week nights 1800-0730, weekends Friday 1800 to Monday 0730; currently taking 1 night per week and 1 full weekend per monthThe Cardiac Cath Lab Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist (CV RTR) performs a variety of technical functions and patient care activities intraprocedure. The primary function of the CV RTR is the operation of fluoroscopy in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: monitoring procedures, scrubbing procedures, unit development projects, assisting with supply and equipment management/stocking, and other duties as assigned. Cath Lab CV RTR staff may be cross trained to EP procedures and support those cases as needed. The Cath CV RTR may be trained to assist in TAVR and TMVR procedures in the SOR Hybrid OR room. Many people have experience with devices only ablations are a must.
