Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Diagnostic Imaging Specialty: CT Technologist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 3 years License: Licensed in the State of Oregon Certifications: Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in radiography and CT, or equivalent required by state of Oregon Must-Have: - Completion of formal Radiologic Technology accredited program Description: Provides healthcare services by applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for interpretation by a licensed practitioner. Performs computed tomography and related procedures to demonstrate sectional anatomic images for interpretation by a licensed practitioner. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of services and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. Holiday coverage required.
