QMHP Group Facilitator at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC summary: The QMHP Group Facilitator supports residential and day treatment programs for adults recovering from eating disorders through compassionate, evidence-based group therapy. They facilitate group sessions, monitor client progress, and maintain detailed documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role requires a QMHP certification and a background in social work, psychology, or related fields to foster healing and community in a safe environment. We save lives while providing the opportunity for people to realize their healthy selves.: Group Facilitator Monte Nido RainRock & Eating Disorder Center of Eugene Springfield or Eugene, OR Monte Nido RainRock and the Eating Disorder Center of Eugene are premier residential and day treatment programs serving adults in recovery from eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. Our approach blends evidence-based care with compassion, connection, and the restoration of physical, emotional, and nutritional balance. We are seeking a full-time Group Facilitator to support our multidisciplinary treatment teams at either our Springfield or Eugene location. This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in the healing process, helping clients build skills, insight, and community in a safe and supportive space. Responsibilities Include:: Facilitate group sessions. Facilitate interaction between group members. Maintain awareness of individual client's needs. Facilitate identification and congruent expression of feelings. Document group sessions including patients’ progress or lack thereof, problems, concerns and mental status. Follow the format and requirements within the program. Ensure that all documentation related to the provision of direct patient services is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures and state standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, interns, management and other professional colleagues. Attend mandatory training and in-service collaborations. Qualifications:: Must be actively working on master’s degree in social work, psychology or related human services field QMHP certification required Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) preferred Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is very helpful.
