Transaction Tax Senior Manager – Mid-Market & Private Equity Transactions Location : London (Hybrid) A leading advisory firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its high-performing Transaction Tax team, which has experienced exceptional growth and continues to expand rapidly. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex and high-impact deals across the mid-market and private equity space while achieving rapid progression. About the Role You will play a key role in advising clients on the tax aspects of corporate and PE backed transactions, including both buy side and sell side restructurings. The team works closely with Large entrepreneurial businesses, private equity houses, and fast-growing corporates, offering strategic tax advice throughout the deal lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead transaction tax engagements, including structuring and due diligence Provide commercially focused tax advice to corporate and PE clients Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on deal-related matters Support the development of junior team members through coaching and mentoring Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice Your qualification ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant experience in transaction tax Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax and M&A tax issues Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality advice Commercially minded with a strong interest in mid-market and PE-backed deals Collaborative, proactive, and driven to contribute to a growing team What’s on Offer A dynamic and fast-growing team with a strong market presence Exposure to high-profile and varied transactions A clear path for career progression and leadership opportunities A flexible, hybrid working model and a supportive team culture
