Job Title: Ductwork Fitter & Mate (Duct Pair) Location: AWE Site, Tadley (Aldermaston) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1 year (ongoing long-term project) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days Security Clearance: SC Clearance preferred, but can be arranged if not currently held Rates: Fitter : £28.50 per hour Mate : £18.00 per hour Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Ductwork Fitter and Mate (Duct Pair) for long-term work (1 year) on a commercial project at AWE Tadley (Aldermaston). This role involves the installation of galvanised rectangular and spiral ductwork, and requires candidates with a solid background in duct fitting. Key Responsibilities: Install galvanised rectangular and spiral ductwork systems Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations Work efficiently as a pair to meet project targets and deadlines Requirements: Fitter: Valid Blue CSCS Card Own tools Full PPE Experience with rectangular and spiral ducting Ability to lead and coordinate with a mate Mate: Valid Green CSCS Card Basic hand tools (if applicable) Full PPE Previous experience assisting with ductwork (preferred
